Our primary goal is get your merchandise to you as safely and quickly as possible. Listed below is some basic information about our shipping policies:

Most orders placed Monday through Friday generally ship within 24-48 hours, though some items may occasionally take longer, especially during peak times like Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4th and Veteran's Day. Shipping is calculated during time of checkout and we offer you the option of selecting a preferred means of shipping. We reserve the right to change your carrier at time of shipping in order to get your item to you faster or safer. We happily ship to APO addresses and to most countries.

Our large flagpoles (20' and up) ship via private trucking/freight companies. If you are interested in purchasing a residential/commercial flagpole from us, please call or email us for an estimated shipping charge. Let us know the following: which model flagpole you'd like; zip code of destination; and whether the delivery address is a residential or commercial location. We'll give you a quote right away and process your order promptly. If you don't contact us before placing your order online, we'll email you a shipping quote to approve before we ship.

Need faster shipping? We can usually do it! On the last page of our online order form, just before you submit your order, you will see an area for “Special Instructions”. This is an area, where you can type in a note such as a “must-have by date.” If any additional charges apply, we'll give you a call or shoot you an email to let you know.

Order Confirmations and Order Receipts An order confirmation and receipt are e-mailed to you shortly after you place your order. This will come from Precision Marketing Solutions, Inc., our parent company. Please be aware some “spam blockers” block these receipts.

Shipping Notification You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped and depending on the type of shipping you selected, you will receive a tracking number. You may also check the status of your order anytime by emailing or calling us.

Holiday Shipping We do our best to pack holiday orders as fast as possible. During Memorial Day, Independence Day, Veterans Day, Christmas and other special occasions we post updated shipping information at the top of this page.
